PawMart is committed to delivering your pet essentials safely and reliably. This policy explains our order-processing and delivery practices.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, or periods of high volume.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout and may be based on the destination, order value, package weight, and selected service. Promotional free-shipping offers, including any minimum purchase requirements, will be displayed on the website or at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping: approximately 2–3 business days after processing, when available.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, peak-season volume, and other events outside PawMart's control may cause delays.
Shipping Locations
PawMart currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.
Multiple Shipments
Items in one order may ship separately to improve delivery speed or because they are fulfilled from different locations. Separate tracking information may be provided for each package.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or a package appears lost in transit, contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Carrier investigations and replacement eligibility may be subject to the carrier's rules and timelines.
Delivered Packages
Responsibility generally transfers to the customer when the carrier marks a package delivered. If a package appears stolen or incorrectly delivered, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and carrier details first, then contact the carrier and PawMart for assistance.
Damaged Shipments
Report shipping damage within 7 days after delivery. Include the order number and photographs of the damaged product, shipping box, label, and internal packaging. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when approved.
